The Spirit reminds us of something we all too quickly forget. We did not just believe in the Son of God… we became sons and daughters of God! We weren’t just forgiven… we were adopted by a loving and gracious father. And that adoption brings with it all the privileges of the royal family: access to the father, children bearing his name, and heirs of his riches and glory.
